Ty Parkin & The Old Souls

Tyler Parkin (Ty) is a singer-songwriter from northern Michigan. His sound is modern but classic, with deep roots in traditional country music. 

Ty took his dream to Nashville Tennessee where he played up and down the busy strip of Broadway. He sang and entertained for Tootsies Orchid Lounge, The Stage, Legends Corner, Kid Rocks, Second Fiddle, Rippys, Honky-Tonk Central, FGL House, Redneck Riviera, Crossroads, Tin Roof, Hard Rock Cafe, Nashville Underground and many more. 

He spent five years in and out of Nashville touring the north & south including festival shows opening for artists such as Tyler Farr, Eddie Montgomery, and Craig Morgan.

Ty moved back home in 2020, performing acoustic shows around northern Michigan while releasing his first radio single Drinkin for Two. He just released his latest single Lonely Nights and has put together one heck of a band.

“The Old Souls” perform a mix of originals along with hits from across the decades of country music. Made up from the finest musicians in Northern Michigan, including Michigan Country Hall of Fame member Barry Gokee on steel guitar, This band knows how to get them dancing and singing along!
